What is the 3-month minimum?
The RM19.90/month plan runs for at least 3 months (RM59.70 in total), then continues month to month. You can cancel yourself from My Reports once those 3 payments are made, and access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
What is the difference between the two plans?
The subscription unlocks the full transaction record for every scheme on NewProjek. The RM69.90 purchase unlocks one scheme, permanently, with no account required.
What is in a full report?
Every recorded transaction with date, price, size and PSF; three charts (price scatter, price and PSF against the district and state); unit mix by size; estimated rental yield; ROI since the first recorded sale; and a market verdict on trend and liquidity.
Where does the data come from?
NAPIC (JPPH) — the Malaysian government's official record of stamped property transactions. These are prices people actually paid, not asking prices. Free previews show the most recent transactions for every scheme.
Do I need an account?
The subscription needs one, because it unlocks every report and access has to be tied to a verified login. The RM69.90 one-off does not — it unlocks only the scheme that email paid for.
