Upload 3 months payslips, bank statements, MyKad copy, and marriage certificate (if applicable).

Choose your preferred PR1MA project and location. You can select multiple choices.

Balloting & selection

If demand exceeds supply, a balloting system is used. Selected applicants are notified via email/SMS.

Loan application & SPA

Once selected, apply for a home loan with any bank and proceed to sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
