What is PR1MA?
PR1MA (Perumahan Rakyat 1Malaysia) is a government-backed affordable housing program administered by PR1MA Corporation. It offers new homes at prices 20% below market value, targeting Malaysian middle-income households. Properties are allocated through a balloting system when demand exceeds supply.
Eligibility Checklist
How to Apply
Register at pr1ma.my
Create an account on the official PR1MA portal and complete your profile.
Submit income documents
Upload 3 months payslips, bank statements, MyKad copy, and marriage certificate (if applicable).
Select preferred project
Choose your preferred PR1MA project and location. You can select multiple choices.
Balloting & selection
If demand exceeds supply, a balloting system is used. Selected applicants are notified via email/SMS.
Loan application & SPA
Once selected, apply for a home loan with any bank and proceed to sign the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
