Do I need to pay anything to NewProjek?

No. NewProjek is completely free for buyers. You pay the developer directly at the official price, and we give you cashback from our side.

Can I still use my bank loan?

Yes. The cashback doesn't affect your property loan eligibility. You purchase at the official developer price and the cashback is a separate payment from NewProjek.
